No matter what time of day, this DD always has a super long line. For early morning flights, people line up 3o minutes before opening!On a recent visit, later in the morning, there was a 15-minute wait. The staff working claimed they could not make change, so people either had to pay card or have exact change. There were no signs stating this, so people became frustrated. At the midway airport walked up to the counter and was treated as if I was interrupting something. I was the only customer and 3 employees, one of which obviously didn't want me there. My $6.40 small black coffee with sweet cold foam was given to me without the cold foam so I asked for a receipt and she couldn't get me one. Location is incorrect. They have moved to the end of the terminal in a central kiosk. Whomever from the “business” that verified the open 24/7 five days ago lied. On 2/27/24, they closed at 9:00 pm.
