ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! We asked for half dozen donuts. The guy who took our order decided to charge before putting our six donuts in the box. They had nothing we asked for so we had to get whatever he had, we obviously weren’t able to say we didn’t want anything else because we had already payed. When we got home we obviously were ready to eat our donuts and the donuts were hard as a rock!!! Disgusting! So upsetting, giving the fact that he grabbed the donuts and knew how old they were and still sold. Never coming back.

I understand that Dunkin isn’t always the job people wanna work or be at, but you’re there you might as well care because clearly the person working kitchen doesn’t care. I understand if you’re busy, but if you’re dead like it was!!! and a wrap comes out like this clearly you hate your job and the window cashier cares more about his conversation and saying anything to the customers what a sad of an excuse of a Dunkin

I just went through the drive thru line at this Dunkin, and they missed an item. I did not notice it until I was already driving on the highway, so I could not turn around. I called to see if they could refund it instead since I wasn’t able to turn around. The person asked me to hold while she spoke with someone about the situation. After about 1 minute they hung up. I tried calling back and no one would answer. This is so disappointing. Instead of telling me they couldn’t, which I would have accepted, they chose to avoid.

Didn’t apply my coupon for coffee after I asked specifically about it, no seating but considering the neighborhood I understand. Dunkin coffee is still better than the alternatives.

Everytime I get in line, I start regretting it!

20 mins wait for coffee, that I can get elsewhere with in 5- 10 mins MAX!

Watch your employees, they don’t take their job seriously. No coustmer service skills. Hash browns were very oily and cold I couldn’t finish them. Coffee is okay.

The only thing is that it is convenient because it is the only one on my way to work. They always take long at the drive-thru, and my coffee never tastes good because they don’t stir even though you tell them to. Avoid it if you can.

I usually come after midnight sometimes as late as 1:30am and they say they are open 24/7 but that’s not true. For the past two weeks they been closed when I come. They change hrs?
