I usually come here because it's 24 hours but it is now 8:21 p.m. and I stopped by there to get my large hot coffee didn't know that it was going to be handed to me slightly opened and burn my arm and spill all inside of my Tesla and all I got was an apology needless to say I won't be going back I've cleaned most of it up before the pics but whew im pissed

They Keep messing up my Order 5th Time At this Point I should Go to Starbucks across the Street… all the other Dunkin’s take care of me
Very bad experience, I had to force order outside because the door was already closed and it was 7:30pm. Very bad service and the worst of all is that I asked for black coffee and they gave it to me with cream, sugar and caramel. The service was better before they remodeled it.
