Probably the worst Dunkin in the area! Terrible attitude from the employees, horrible care for the items you order, lack of awareness of who is waiting for their food. Staff always on their phones. I hope people who supervise this place reads these reviews because it is terrible to rely on food from such well known franchise and be treated like trash.

The cashier was unfriendly. She seemed really bothered. I ordered an iced coffee with pumpkin swirl. She was trying to tell me there's no pumpkin. I couldn't hear her very well...street noise & she spoke quietly behind a glass. She didn't like repeating herself. Her response was "no pumpkin!" She could've said sorry we ran out/don't have any at this time would u like to try caramel or whatever.

This place is in a high traffic area so it will be very busy in the mornings. Even with three people working in there, there are a TON of mobile orders and people in line so there will be a wait. They run out of stuff Wednesday afternoons and Thursdays, because they get their shipment on Friday mornings and I guess they are not allowed to get enough for the whole week. Sometimes they run out of donuts, people order a lot, depends on the day, it happens. Sometimes there is one person working, best to have patience. I would not return if I’ve had a bad experience, I know there is another Dunkin down the street.

I’ve waited 30 minutes for a drink I had put for mobile order. I put it stops before I’ve arrived to this location! It was ridiculous! And the saddest part I ordered it with oat milk they were out, I had to settle for regular. Then I contacted Dunkin and their customer service is even worst! I was not reimbursed for the dollar extra. TERRIBLE! Don’t ever order from here if you’re in a time crunch for work.

Girl working there so rude I order a med ice coffee because I have a coupon on the app for $2. She comes back with a large I tell her I wanted a medium she tells me very rudely they are out of medium cups, well she should have told me that instead of assuming I want a large and wanted to pay full price. I explained to her first of all a large is too much coffee plus I have a coupon for $2 she proceeds to tell me the price which was like $4. No I'm not paying for that.
They never have meat in the morning every morning they say we out of meat and only two people’s working. the black girl be on her phone and the white girl Be talking more than working also, she very rude, absolutely terrible they take advantage because they in the Illinois medical district area.

This is an excellent Dunkin. The line moves quickly. They're always nice, the coffee is fresh and the donuts are never stale. It's in the Pink Line Polk Station. So it's convenient for me as well.
