This place is in a high traffic area so it will be very busy in the mornings. Even with three people working in there, there are a TON of mobile orders and people in line so there will be a wait. They run out of stuff Wednesday afternoons and Thursdays, because they get their shipment on Friday mornings and I guess they are not allowed to get enough for the whole week. This is an excellent Dunkin. The line moves quickly. They're always nice, the coffee is fresh and the donuts are never stale. It's in the Pink Line Polk Station. So it's convenient for me as well.

The cashier was unfriendly. She seemed really bothered. I ordered an iced coffee with pumpkin swirl. She was trying to tell me there's no pumpkin. I couldn't hear her very well...street noise & she spoke quietly behind a glass. She didn't like repeating herself. Her response was "no pumpkin!" She could've said sorry we ran out/don't have any at this time would u like to try caramel or whatever.
