The person who took my order was very nice and polite. What I didn't like it was that when I asked her for a cup of water, she wanted to charge me 25 cents.I knew she was following the owner rules.Taking too much advantage!!!
This morning visit was terrifying, a tall , male person with a mental illness walked into Dunkin Donuts and stood beside me at the register, making a loud noise repeatedly, I was hoping that the payment transaction could move a bit faster because I was feeling unsafe and afraid that this guy could grab me from behind and choke me!!
