I stopped by Dunkin’ again yesterday for another cup of coffee, and I was really impressed. The location is super convenient and easy to get to. The place was clean, bright, and had a welcoming vibe. They had a great variety of desserts too, which was a nice bonus.

The cashier girl’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her tone of talking was literally unacceptable—full of attitude and disrespect. Instead of helping customers, she seemed more interested in showing arrogance. This kind of behavior completely ruins the customer experience.
