There was only one employee, but she was super efficient. The food looks awful but it actually tasted pretty good. I wouldn't specifically come back here, but if in the mood for Dunkin you can do a lot worse.

The service was excellent. The staff are incredibly nice. Last week, I noticed after placing my order that I forgot my debit card in my nearby office and was short on cash. So I suggested they deduct 1 donut from my order.Upon leaving. I realized I still had all the donuts I originally asked for. When I came back with my debit card, they said I didn't need to do that.I wish I knew their names, but the employees behind the counter went out of their way to reduce any inconvenience, even when I thought I was causing inconvenience!

I worked here. Not clean they save the donuts and muffins and bagels over night for the next day. Very favoritism if you're not Mexican you are not getting away with anything. Very unclean never have anything. Uses everything over and over.

Hi, it’s very nice place, service is excellent! Coffee and tea are great, donuts and any other food are very fresh! Stephanie is very friendly and fast! There’s no crowd and enough places to seat. I really recommend this place to relax and coffee drink!

I always enjoy coming to this coffee shop! The manager is great and pleasing to work with. It's small but kept clean, the staff is friendly, the line moves fairly quickly, and the donuts and hot chocolate taste great to me.Since it's right next to DePaul and the Green Line train, it makes it convenient to get a quick pick me up before starting work.
Great customer service! I had just gone to the dunkin in the depaul building and was treated horribly, so I left to get my other drink at a different location and was shocked by how nice and sweet the one girl working was. 10/10 will go again. Great tasting and perfect drinks! I’ve never had a dunkin get my order fully right, so I’m glad that this one knows what it’s doing!

The worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. They never have anything that is on the menu, they make the breakfast sandwiches so sloppy and nasty. They are never prepared. Super slow. Their oatmilk was frozen and still put it in my drink. I don’t recommend ever going to this specific Dunkin. They also take as much money as they can get from you for the smallest things.
