It was a cold, rainy chicago day. Went in for a coffee and was greeted immediately and was served a hot, perfect coffee of my choice. Was in a rush because I was headed to work, but otherwise, I would have chilled in their seating area. Looks chill and saw a lot of folks gathering with friends and others just enjoying the free Wi-Fi 😀
loved checking out this café. so cozy and inviting. the barista was friendly, the coffee was tasty, and the space was quiet on the weekday afternoon that i visited. my only complaint is that the hours here on google are wrong so maybe call and find out what time they’re gonna be open til on any given day “:D
Emerald City Coffee in Uptown is a gem. Dropped about $15 on a Miel Latte and a Bacon Egg & Cheese Breakfast Taco. The latte had a perfect blend of honey and cinnamon, and the taco was fresh and satisfying. The cozy, brick-lined space with its arty vibe makes it a great spot to chill or get some work done. Friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere—definitely coming back.
