En Hakkore Sushi Burrito & Poke Bowl

New to Chicago/Wicker Park and I have to say this place was so good! The bibimbop burrito is really yummy and the staff is super nice. 10/10 would get again!

It was the best food I had in Chicago. Especially the kimchi fries, which are an unexpected combination but so delicious. The fusion is very creative.

Extremely fast when we went. Got a bowl, the bulgogi fries and a burrito. Each was great, will definitely be coming back again

My husband and I love this place, it’s a staple takeout place! Absolutely delicious food, interesting combos but they’re great. We live the sushi burritos, their specialty fries, and the sushi tacos. Food is always ready for pickup when we order, it’s fast, and fresh. The aesthetic is clean and minimal, love it!

Good quality and fresh ingredients. perfect. I tried the crunchy and fire bowl and it was delicious and a generous serving too.

BE PREPARED TO PAY EXTRA FOR MORE TOPPINGS, GET NOTHING AND BE CALLED A LIAR. Really disappointed with this staff and the manager at this restaurant. We order food from them all the time. So much that it only takes 2 clicks for me to reorder my usual which are the bulgogi fries. Recently I order kimchi bulgogi fries with extra fries and extra beef. When I got home, the container was exactly the same as the regular bulgogi fries, nothing extra (too bad I paid $6 more) and no sauce on the fries. I called the next day (restaurant was closing when I picked up originally) and spoke to the manager, who promised to remake my order. Well, imagine getting into your car, willing to drive 20 minutes and you get a call from the same manager who "watched the security cameras and could see they put extra fries and meat in the container".. what? The same container that the fries always come in, the regular order container? The fries looked exactly the same as a regular order except this time they had no sauce. It's really shameful for a business to investigate a recurring customer like a liar.. over fries that were made incorrectly. To promise a remake order, then call back 30 minutes later to say you changed your mind. Kind of ridiculous for fries that probably cost $4 to make and 5 minutes to prepare every time I've ordered them in the past. It's really not classy to lose a customer over a kitchen error. The food was phenomenal. I got a "Friend Sushi Burrito." One of the best sushi burritos I've ever had. My friend got the "Savory" Poke bowl, which was delicious. But the highlight was the bulgogi fries. The bulgogi fries were the best fries I've ever had. I brought my food back home ( 20 minutes drive ), and it was still delicious. The cashier was really nice as well! ALSO, the portions are well worth the price! I thought they were a little pricy at first, but when I opened up my food, I was shocked by the amount that I got. A must-try if you're into sushi/poke bowls and bulgogi.

Very weird experience at En Hakkore. Portions were far too small for the price. The sweet potato tasted like Lysol. The guacamole was old and starting to ferment. Almost every ingredient was overpoweringly marinated.

Was in the area and came in with a friend to grab a bite to eat. The food was delicious! The spiderman soft shell crab taco was amazing and their poke bowls pack a flavor punch. Our orders came out quickly as well. Would definitely recommend and return again!
