The entire process, from the tasting to the reception was incredible, especially working with Jane. They worked with us for months to develop a really special, very personalized menu and night of, the team really delivered. Everything turned out perfect and all we heard about was how good the food, and deserts were. The team even went above and beyond and cut and served our wedding cake to our guests. And their staff couldn't have been more professional the day of - they were very well coordinated and everyone was professional and friendly. We had a cookie table, which involved my relatives dropping off over 80 dozen cookies to their building, which they transported and kept in good condition until the next day. They did an amazing job setting up the cookie table to make the display beautiful! And they were able to make to go boxes with our custom label on them for people to take cookies home. Julie and her staff were amazing! Before the event, Julie was very responsive and helpful, but on the day of the event she and her staff really showed their true colors. On the day, before our event started, they were warm and smiley, seemingly as excited as we were. They really set the tone. Anything I started to do, they took over. When I started to put out my decorations, they said they could do it. During the event, they saw when someone needed help getting food/drink, and they were there helping. They adjusted our serving schedule graciously when important guests were late. They packed things up for me at the end and told me to just enjoy my guests. They made things smoother and more fun than I ever expected. And the food was delicious (a Chicago-style theme) with a beautiful presentation. Everybody was taking photos of the spread before they dived in. I would recommend them to anyone!
