Great experience at Fat Shack! The food was on point as always, but what really stood out was the customer service. The general manager went above and beyond and hooked me up with a bigger shake than I ordered, which was really appreciated. Little things like that make a big difference. Definitely coming back!

This location is clean, pleasant, with great music (for those that like classic rock, rock, alternative genres). The service is top notch, starting with a warm welcome the minute you arrive.
The food is exactly what you'd expect, good quality, freshly prepared and timely. I was there for the special 5K challenge, so I was lucky to sample a few menu items all at once. The fries are served hot and crispy, and the classic burger is the perfect ratio of sauce to toppings and meat. If you love deep fried oreos, these are for you--huge and coated in powdered sugar! The fat shack sandwich gives you a little bit of everything since it includes chicken tenders and jalapeno poppers, and the honey-jalapeno mustard gives it a little kick without being too spicy.
I am thankful to Jamie, the store manager for awesome service, great food and making it an awesome experience! I will definitely be back again!

Great Restaurant for a quick bite, burgers were amazing and Mac and cheese bites phenomenal. Jaime was very quick to bring everything out, and cook the food as well. Dessert was amazing as well will definitely try this spot again!!! 10 out of 10.

I did so want to like this place. As soon as I walked in there was a strange smell permeating the entire restaurant (8/22/25). Unsure if it was burnt oil, grease or what. After I left, the smell remained with me, in my hair and on my clothing.
Single burger was decent except special sauce a bit offputting. Fries way too salty.
Don't think I'll be back. Maybe I'll go back to check if the smell went away.
