I gave 3 stars because when I got to the register, no one acknowledged me. They saw me, and no one said anything. It was my first time, and I thought you had to order online. Finally, Brandon came over and took my order. My next issue was that they called my number and I didn't hear it. I was the only one eating there, plus another guy who was in the back eating. After 20 minutes, one of the employees asked me for my order #. It was a long time ago, but no one cared if I was there. My fries were cold, and I asked them if they could give me fresh fries. The girl said, "I will give you fresh ones, but I did call your name" ( some attitude). My experience was not a good one. I don't feel going back to this place.

Wanted some fries from Five Guys so I stopped by the nearest location at the time, which was located in Hyde Park. Usually when I grab my fries from Five Guys they are made to perfection but for some reason these fries were soft and undercooked. Also, the number of fries were JUST enough to semi fill the carton it came in. Will not be returning to Five Guys in Hyde Park any time soon .

Extremely slow or understaffed. I counted at least five different people work on my order that I ordered online 30mins ago and it’s still not ready. Why don’t yall keep dropping burgers if yall see the line out the damn door? Yall need to learn to work effective. This is inadequate at best.

This might've been a one time thing but my burger came out pretty dry. They really cooked that patty. The toppings were portioned well, I was just surprised that the jalapenos are raw not pickled. The milkshake that I ordered took almost 15 minutes after I got my burger to make. The milkshake itself was good, it was pretty thick and the straws are regular soda pop straws. Really expensive for the quality this time.

Just got an Uber eats order spent $70 on this order just for them to be missing both milkshakes that’s the best part…I called up there 3 times to see if I could get my refund since the app not letting me I been on hold for 40 mins…the customer service is trash.

The burgers are really good. The fries are good and plentiful. The strawberry shake was GREAT! Everything is pricey! I recommend it if you want good fast food and have plenty of dollars to spend.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am disappointed and disgusted at the service my sister just received. The woman that was in here today December 27 at 225pm just raised her voice at my sister because she has a gluten allergy. My sister politely asked the girl to change her gloves so she doesn't get sick and the woman refused in the most disrespectful and hurtful manner. This hyde park location you would think has better service but they don't. She literally had to leave hungry after requesting a refund for a simple task the woman in the store could have adhered too. She shouldn't be working in customer service if she doesn't know how to give good customer service. She could easily be the reason the store closes down. I'm the type of person where I would travel far distances if the service is better and I will never return to this location again because of what the woman at this store at 225pm said to my sister as I was listening on the phone . She should be ashamed of herself. Within 3 minutes my sister was refunded all because the girl was to prideful ignorant and rude to change a pair of gloves. How terrible. People like her should not be working on the customer service side rather cleaning up and out of customers view.

This is one of the worst Five Guys I’ve ever been to. They are super slow, they mess your orders up and they work very nasty. Don’t change their gloves after touching several surfaces. The food isn’t cheap so to leave and realize your orders are messed up is messed up! There is no structure there. Everyone is working all over the place. Complete disappointment. Needs better management.

It's pretty good. No issues with the food or service or anything, but the prices are pretty high. Burgers are about $10, fries are $5, so you're gonna spend about $20 per person, which is just a lot. The fries are really good, and they do give you a big portion. This location also has a restroom for customers. Great location right on 53rd, although parking can be a pain.
