They offer a great variety of flavors that everyone will love. Dulce de Leche (pronounced DOOL-seh deh LEH-cheh) is an absolute MUST—it’s my go-to flavor and a perfect little slice of Argentina.

Excellent ice cream, I ate dulce de leche and lemon and both surprise me with the flavor. No too much, no tangy, no too overwhelming of flavor. Excellent. I highly recommend it. I'm from Argentina and I'm really picky about the flavors and the texture of the food. This one exceed my expectations.

Best gelato I've ever tried!! Reasonable prices for Navy Pier especially that you can choose two flavors in any size cup. I got a small dulce de leche and tramontana they both were equally delicious!! Service is great, patient and attentive. Definitely recommend!!

Everyone were really charismatic all the time! The manager is really attentive about allergies, which helped a lot with my nuts and gluten allergies. Mascarpone cheese is the best of the best alongside Tramontana!???

I'm Argentinian and the ice cream at Frio Gelato in Navy Pier makes me feel at home. It's creamy, full of flavor, and truly authentic. They have incredible flavors, especially the dulce de leche, which is a must-try. In addition, the service is excellent, everyone is super friendly and always with a smile. If you are in Chicago and want to try great ice cream with good vibes, you have to come here. You'll love it!
Say the associate who was working there deliberately change the time on the “be back at” sign so she could spend more time looking around a shop that’s near by. Bad service she looked so miserable. Love the gelato though. So I say just stand in the line until the associate comes back.
