Bread is AMAZING and very affordable compared to other bread bakeries in the city. I’ve been looking for some good sourdough near little village and stumbled upon this gem. Its very hidden away in an industrial area so it can be a bit confusing to get to (at least for a dumdum like me) but they were more than happy to help guide me to the correct place. Absolutely the best bread in Chicago! Id know, over 40years I've tried them all. NO preservatives and real deal sourdough. This is a bread bakery you can trust has immense pride in their work. Truly artisan. The flavor of beauty!
