These guys would take 20 mins to bake a pizza slice and charge $8.99 for it. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND STAFF DOES NOT CARE. First place I’ve visited that doesn’t have a pizza box. Never ever visiting here.

Their pepperoni is so small, it’s what belongs on cheap pizza. This is not a restaurant that needs to be at Navy Pier for attractions. I think Bacci’s pizza is more desirable and fun sized (they’re huge) for the navy pier!

This is exactly what the average pizza tastes like. It isn’t perfect but it isn’t bad in any way. My wife said it tastes like Chuck E Cheese pizza. Well, the rat knows what he’s doing cause I didn’t have a problem with it. Expensive but that’s its on the pier so that’s to be expected.

Employees rude. Sat on their mobiles. Member who served me was abrupt. Stated no soda when I asked for a soda. Then pointed at the soda machine so I could choose. Not sure if they don’t understand English or if they’re just arrogant or disinterested.
Pizza was dry. Lacked flavour apart from salt. Which appears to be consistent in over reviews.
Save yourself and don’t bother. Pizza at whole foods was far superior, fresher, hotter and tastes of pizza and cheaper too.

I waited for them to open and I get back down here 10 minutes after they open and I don’t even wanna eat the food now because 2 female employees are standing by the food eating putting food in their mouth. One even has black gloves on eating the food. I don’t want them touching my food. One put her fingers in her mouth eating what looked like bread sticks. Just standing at the front counter scrolling through her phone eating food. That’s freaking nasty! I stand there on purpose to see if she’ll stop eating when she sees me. She see me see her and she continues to eat so I walked away. I’m a go further down to another place called Giordano's to order some food. How do you come to work and start eating instead of eating before you come to work or on your lunch break. Finally, they stopped eating when a couple groups of people walk up to place an order. I never saw them wash their hands. They just started making food!!!!!

Pizza was meh.Super super burnt and too much dough.
Honestly, was pretty delicious. Fair prices. I’d have it again for sure

Great pizza. Right by navy pier. Good staff a bit slow delivering our order. Great atmosphere. Huge portions and reasonable prices. I recommend you sharing its huge.
Mall food court pizza
Terrible customer service!! The pizza tastes like bread and does not resemble pizza at all!
Had a slice of cheese and it was delicious! Even went back for a second slice! The lemonade was also fantastic. I live out of state and have thought of this pizza often. Thin crust, minimal sauce, and cheese galore.
Only negative party of my experience is that the checkout counter was combined with the nextdoor restaurant so it was confusing.

Terrible pizza and even more terrible customer service. Plain pizza slice has about 3 pounds of cheese on it. Comes out so messy and unflavorful. $13.50 for two slices unreallll
