Friends Sushi on State offers a mix of conveyor belt sushi, a bar/lounge, and a Ramen place. The veggie ramen is wonderfully spicy, while the sushi is excellent and reasonably priced. The decor might need an update, with flaking pleather chairs. Some find the place not very veggie-friendly. The only downside mentioned is the use of single-use chopsticks.
