Watered down drinks. Out of most. Terrible and overpriced. Pictures on line aren’t accurate. Don’t wast your money. Way too expensive cover charge. Very disappointing
Absolutely a disaster. way over legal capacity. Buying tickets does not guarantee entry at ticketed time. Drinks are horrid along with lines. Just go for a stroll along Michigan or State for photos and treat yourself to The Drake, Penninsula or Walnut Room for drinks and a meal or high tea.

The venue has stairs and is not wheelchair friendly. The overall experience depends on the night, but it remains a fun and festive spot to enjoy the holiday season.
