Here's a brief negative review for Google based on the incident you described:---I had a disappointing experience at Giordano's. I ordered a cheese pizza but received a different pizza instead. Not only was the wrong item served, but I was also overcharged—$25 plus tax instead of the $20 plus tax I was supposed to pay. When I spoke to the manager, Cesar, to resolve the issue, the treatment I received was unprofessional and disrespectful. Very poor service and resolution. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Rafael Steven's Morales was our bartender and the guy was an absolute legend. The man had a great sense of humor and he made some amazing drinks. The food was on another level I would give it a definite 10/10 for rating 100% recommend everyone go to this location. As for David the on duty manager working the front counter you are amazing for your kind and patient work.

There is no parking nearby, so plan on paying for street parking and walking a couple of blocks. They told us it'd be 50 minutes from when we ordered, so we ordered appetizers to help food come faster, but the pizza didn't take long, and then we had too much food. That was okay, but I was annoyed that our waitress never came back to fill our drinks. (Why I only gave 4 stars) Food was all tasty, appetizers and pizza.

The portions are large, the toppings are plentiful, and it’s delicious!The portion was quite large for two people so we were able to eat to our fill.The atmosphere was nice and the servers were friendly.What was disappointing was that the pizza wasn't that warm and the cheese was a bit hard.That was disappointing, but overall it was okay!

Visited from DC. I heard this was the place for a Chicago Pizza. I came in and ordered the Chicago Classic of course. Took forever to get my pizza honestly about 45 minutes and the pizza was stuffed with onions and peppers. I don't know why someone would put so many onions and peppers on a pizza, but it overpowered the taste of the pizza. If this is how the Chicago classic is supposed to be I'm not a fan. I'm going to give the company a pass and say it was just this destination and the pizza ordered. The crust was good so I'm sure the right pizza will be good. I will give it another try but my first attempt I didn't see the hype.

Out of the pizza places we tried in Chicago, this was our second favorite. We showed up around 2 pm on Saturday. We had about a 10 minute wait or so before we were seated. They told us it would be about 45 minutes for a pizza. We ordered one of their classics as well as a salad (it says its for one person but can definitely feed two). The wait wasn't too bad since we had the salad to much on. This pizza had the most stringy cheese out of all the pizzas we tried and we really liked that! I've tried a Giordano's in Colorado as well and felt like the consistency was about the same.
