My sister was in town to help me celebrate my birthday and we went to my favorite place she enjoyed the pizza she loved it it's the best pizza in town hands down

Typically, a deep dish pizza takes between 45 minutes to an hour to prepare, which we were prepared for. However, our experience at this restaurant took an unexpected turn when our dine-in order was mistakenly sent out for delivery without any notification to us. We ended up waiting over an hour and a half, while observing three other tables, who arrived after us, receiving their pizzas. It was only after we approached the manager that we were informed of the mix-up. Although we were left to wait without explanation initially, the manager eventually acknowledged the oversight and offered a 50% discount on our meal to make amends. The most disheartening aspect was not being informed about the delay as we sat there, left to wonder what was happening.

Cute, sweet atmosphere, neat photos on the wall. Not good for dietary restrictions, and they allow only one check per table.Dietary restrictions: There are NO good gluten AND dairy free options. The pasta sauce has cheese in it.

waitress NEVER came back to table she forgot our drinks and she forgot the 30% off promotion. The veggie pizza had way too many veggies it took away from the pizza very skimpy on the cheese

I ordered a chopped salad. Funny the plate was little bigger than a saucer. Disappointed that it had very little or no chicken at all for that price. The server/host came by the table once and that was to bring food. He never stopped by to refill water or ask how we were doing. My order from yesterday was wrong. The order taker altered my order #9919. I ordered a 6" deep dish cheese pizza. She hand wrote thin.
hmmmm what to say 1. it was cold af crank up the heat ! 2. The blue cheese ranch white sauce with the 8 wing parts was flavorless water 3. we orders sausage and had to dig to find teeny pieces of low flavored sausage... 4. there was a family l next to us playing loud cartoons and music to entertain their 2 year old 5. the parmesan fries were low flavorless and cool where is the great quality of yeara past? I would rather pay more and get what I want a 100 dollar dinner that was blah 18$ for wings 11 for parmesan fries 44 for pizza pops and tip... 3 of 5 points I doubt Ill be back any time aoon

The service was horrible!!! We ordered a deep dish and got a thin crust. He never once checked back with us. I actually had to go ask twice for a box and our check from both the front desk and the server. Then when I observed him screwing up another table's drinks, taking back the wrong drinks, and never returning to bring them the right drinks... I got up, went to the cooler, and served the older couple myself. Unreal. Good pizza even though it was the wrong one. Horrible service.
