Waited over 2 hours for a delivery
Order at 5:30pm at 6:15pm the app showed pizza was on the way.. never received called location at 7:05pm was told driver had still not picked up Pizza asked to speak to Manager, Manager was not understanding what so ever nor attempted to make it right he insisted on canceling delivery instead…. Ive been to plenty of Giordanos restaurants in the past never had recieved this type of service… I will never return to this location.
My pizza was over cooked and I did not ask for my pizza to be well done. Horrible! The salad barely had lettuce in it. My husband picked it up and he didn’t check before he left and if it wasn’t late I would have drove back over there for a refund. I love Giordano’s but I just moved over here from the north suburbs so you can’t assume they are all the same because this location is horrible.
The pizza was absolutely amazing’

Giordano's is a renowned restaurant known for its delectable deep-dish pizza. The deep-dish pizza is praised for its flavorful taste, though the crust can sometimes be challenging to cut through. The restaurant also offers a Greek salad with fresh ingredients, which is a popular choice among customers.
The environment at Giordano's is generally clean and organized, making it a suitable option for carry-out or delivery. However, the service quality can be inconsistent, with some servers being more attentive than others. Additionally, the phone operators have been reported as occasionally rude and unprofessional, sometimes getting orders wrong.
Despite these occasional service issues, Giordano's provides a satisfactory dining experience. Customers have highlighted the deliciousness and freshness of the pizza, though the lack of toppings in some instances has been disappointing. Overall, Giordano's remains a popular choice for deep-dish pizza enthusiasts, offering a mixed dining experience.
