The Good Eats Group offers a diverse dining experience in a pleasant atmosphere. While the food quality is mixed, with some standout dishes like the crispy chicken sandwich and well-prepared lamb chops, the restaurant provides a good option for casual dining, with room for improvement in certain areas of the menu. The cocktails are decent, and the service, though a bit slow at times, is friendly.

This low-key, south loop eatery and bar was just what the doctor ordered for three road-weary moms of teenage girls. Sociale had a nice crowd on a Friday night, and the guests were able to let their hair down, talk about motherhood, their daughters' college acceptances, and upcoming spring break trip in a totally relaxed and non-rushed atmosphere. The food, including the three-cheese dip, wagyu skewers, and beet salad, was delicious, and the Vermentino wine was light and refreshing.

However, the QR code menu doesn't load properly on iPhone, making viewing the menu near impossible, which impacts the experience. The service level has improved lately, and the bartender, Natalie, is a fantastic professional. Overall, Sociale is an excellent restaurant with superb food and a nice, welcoming bar to dine solo.
