This business continuously abuses delivery apps for their milk deliveries as well as creamer. I've delivered to this business several times and they gave me $0 tips. Can you believe that? This business should know how difficult it is for people such as delivery drivers to earn money. I've delivered to them three times by accident on different delivery apps because I didn't know who the delivery was for until I accepted the order. Can you believe the nerve of them they want you to pick bananas they want you to grab a whole bunch of milk. A lot of creamer. And they do this all the time and don't tip it's crazy.

It was my first visit to Ground Up and it won’t be my last! It is a Greek-inspired cafe and I love finding European style cafes/bakeries in the city. I tried the ham and cheese hand pie and it was delicious - flaky, savory, and buttery. The service and staff were also phenomenal. Alex was extremely friendly and I felt very welcome. I‘m excited to come back to try the coffee and other hand pies

Ground Up is hands down one of the best coffee shops in the city! The staff are always incredibly welcoming and willing to provide feedback on seasonal drinks. I've bought several bags of coffee, especially the rise & grind - my favorite way to start the day! Partner loves the chai tea and mocha. 10/10 recommend

One of my favorite coffee shops in Chicago. The staff is always so kind, the coffee and matcha is amazing - and reasonably priced too. The almond croissant (warmed up) is 10 out of 10
