I tried a classic freddo cappuccino from ground up. It is as you would expect from most Greek coffee places, except the size was larger than most! Appreciated that especially since this is my favorite Greek coffee . Staff was nice and delivered my coffee in a timely manner. I did half sweet which was just sweet enough. I was also able to add cinnamon which I love. I will come back to properly try the spanakopita!

Decaf drinkers only ....it didn't wow me! Very underwhelming. The spinach and feta pie was just okay. I will say that it was pack...so maybe if you are a caffeine lover... definitely try it

I had the pistachio caramel latte. It tasted like artificial chemicals 🤮. It was just gross. I had a 3 cheese pie. It wasn't edible because they... Microwaved it?? I guess... It just was rock hard on the inside. So maybe if I had it fresh it may have been good... Or bad... No idea. The old-fashioned donut had a flavor that was fine but the texture was tough... It also seemed like it was destroyed in the microwave. it was edible though. The staff was awesome but I'd never come back here.

This place is the real deal y’all. I’ve been coming here more than a few years now, and here’s what brings me back weekly: 1) the tastiest coffee and pastries. Seriously. I’m Greek and this is the first place I go every time I come back from Greece to make it feel like I’m still on vacay. 2) the space: always immaculate, great music, laid out perfectly so that people who want to come in and out quickly can do that, and people who want to stay and work, chat or read can, too. 3) the people. Master class in customer service and employee engagement - I’ve been coming for years and seen the same team this whole time, that’s a huge testament to the owner’s leadership. Everyone is so kind and helpful. GroundUp is the best place for a literal and figurative pick-me-up, shout out to everybody but especially to Mo and Oscar who were the first to make me feel like a real regular.
