It was my first visit to Ground Up and it won’t be my last! It is a Greek-inspired cafe and I love finding European style cafes/bakeries in the city. I tried the ham and cheese hand pie and it was delicious - flaky, savory, and buttery.
The service and staff were also phenomenal. Alex was extremely friendly and I felt very welcome. I‘m excited to come back to try the coffee and other hand pies

Ground Up is hands down one of the best coffee shops in the city! The staff are always incredibly welcoming and willing to provide feedback on seasonal drinks. I've bought several bags of coffee, especially the rise & grind - my favorite way to start the day! Partner loves the chai tea and mocha. 10/10 recommend
