Charming coffee shop inside University of Chicago's Reynolds Club. This place is on the second floor and is open 7 days a week with evening hours. I'm not a student, but I could tell it was a popular place to hang out and study. There is also 2 pool tables inside. My iced mocha was really good. I'll definitely be coming back.
You ever go to a place that’s *so good* and you love it *so much* that you almost don’t even want to share it with anyone? It’s so special that if other people knew about it, they would overcrowd it, and then it would be too busy for you to enjoy it? That’s my fear with this place, but I owe it to the people running it to let them know how amazing they are and how much I adore coming here. Solid coffee shop for studying in an upbeat environment but keeping with the older aesthetic of the university. Several pool tables if you want to take a break from studying or just want to hangout with friends. My favorite is either the cortado or london fog with oat milk. They offer several alternatives; almond, oat, and soy milk. Sometimes the pace is slow granted it is run by students but an overall friendly atmosphere if you aren’t in a rush to go anywhere.
