Thursday 3/1/24! I ordered small gizzards l was very satisfied this time . I don’t mind waiting cause I know they cook to order. Whoever the cook is now is good compared to the last time I was there. I hope they stay consistent because they are down the street from where I live before I would go on 35 & Indiana.
The positives: the food is good. But it ends there, the service is terrible. Every time I come in, there’s always just one guy working. They rarely take phone orders because it’s too busy of a location and not enough workers. So you end up waiting in line for 10-15 mins just to order then waiting another 20-30 for your food.One time I did actually end up getting through on the phone and I even gave an extra 15 mins on top of the told 15 min waiting time and still had to wait...read full review

I was there today, and I had a taste for some really good chicken. I must say this Harold’s DID NOT disappoint! My food was so GOOD & FRESH! The sauce was amazing I even ate my cold slaw. Kudos to the cook because the sauce and freshness was definitely on point. I ate my food so fast I forgot to take a picture. I will be back.
