Only giving 3 stars because the crab rangoons were inedible. I have never had ones this chewy, and lifeless. That being said the Mongolian beef and general tsos were very good. Hard to get over the rangoons though.
Great food and predictable portions. The only negative about the food is the sweetness. Some dishes just taste far too sweet when they're not expected to be. Otherwise, service could be better and more rice could be served with entrees.
Best Chinese food in Chicago! The Kung Pao Chicken is one of my favorites along with their Pork Fried Rice, but I have enjoyed many of their dishes - BBQ Pork Fried Rice, Egg Rolls, Pot Stickers, Beef Chop Suey on crispy chow mein noodles - all delicious. The servings are large - plenty to share or take home for tomorrow's lunch.
All the staff are friendly and efficient, and you can eat in, pickup or order delivery. Try House of Wah Sun; you won't be disappointed.
