delicious jerk catfish and delicious red snapper
I ordered a Jerk Chicken & Curry Goat Combo, it was seasoned perfectly, the goat was so tender. The proportion was good too, I’ll definitely have some for later.
My Brother from another mother who I've known for over 20 years told me that it was Mom's rice and beans(his Mom's style of cooking). I was intrigued of course. See we lost her some years ago. So we miss her recipes. When I say I opened my plate and one of the first things I did was go for the rice and beans. I almost cried. It was delicious.
