Utterly fantastic across the board. Sam, and everyone else in the front, was on point and I appreciated the detailed explanations of dishes and drinks. The food itself was almost humorous in its twists. I'm generally not a fan of Indian food in restaurants as I'm internally comparing to home cooking; this was sublime though and I'm sure I'll be back. In particular, the Morel Manti, see the photo, was the single meatiest vegetarian dish I've ever had.
Really cool concept with a fully vegan menu option. I loved how they added creative twists to traditional Indian dishes — everything felt refined and beautifully presented. The restaurant itself is super fancy and definitely great for a special occasion. I rarely leave reviews for restaurants, but I can't pass the chance to express my appreciation for how incredible Indienne is. I am still on a high from my dinner! This was the best dining experience of my life. The food was innovative and bursting with flavor. The service was top notch.
