This place allowed me to grow as a chef, I enjoyed going everyday & learning new things. Amazing staff, only down fall is don’t expect staff to be some sort of mentor once you leave the program. Also don’t expect them to continue to help you develope, once you’ve found a job they’ll expect you to keep in touch with them meanwhile not keeping in touch with you and not keeping their word, I never got my knife set nor my certificate of completion. Yum! Glad we found this spot after wandering around the Conservatory. We had fried Brussels sprouts (best we’ve had, pic is after we dove into them😉👍), gumbo 😋(spicy, but not too 🌶️), and the ginormous fried chicken sandwich and seasoned, crispy fries.💜
We went for Saturday brunch and ordered fried green tomatoes, crispy chicken sandwich and GP breakfast plate. The food was fabulous and portions were big. The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure we were having a good time. Loved the decor as well. It’s so great to have a sit down restaurant near the conservatory. I highly recommend this spot.
