Excellent Japanese food, very authentic.
💖I stopped by Izakaya Yume Sushi and ordered the Tonkatsu, and it was very good!
The pork cutlet was crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and the sauce paired perfectly with it. The portion was generous, and the meal came with rice and salad, making it very satisfying.

I stopped by Izakaya Yume inside H Mart today and had a really enjoyable meal overall. I ordered the Tonkatsu Curry, which came with a fried pork cutlet, rice, salad, and curry sauce. The tonkatsu was the standout of the meal perfectly crispy on the outside while still tender, juicy, and flavorful on the inside. What I appreciated most was that the pork wasn’t chewy or tough like I’ve experienced at other places. It had a great texture and was cooked really well.
