I came in 20 mins just. I had to wait another 20 mins to pay for my food the Mac was sweet yuck! The yams smelled and tasted as if it was a fragrance in them gross the chicken I’ll give it a four because it was juicy, but barely had any and I didn’t like it altogether it could’ve been better service, better, food quality!
Went at 2pm on a Sunday. The line was outside of the door and most of the people in order had ordered ahead. I waited in line about 30 minutes and left after I heard the person at the front saying he ordered 2 hours ago and food STILL wasn’t ready. It seems like instead of hiring 2 more people to move the line in the front of the house, the owners are greeedy and overwork one person. They won’t change unless we talk with our dollars

Advice to increase business: first, this place has fantastic tasting food, and the biggest issue is the long wait times. I think a simple solution to this is to implement the equivalent of a self checkout / check in line. Start requesting people's phone numbers when they order over the phone, have a spot at the bar for these people to check in with name and phone number.
