Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams

First time visiting this location of Jeni's in Dec 2024 on a cold Sunday night. The place was packed with about two dozen other individuals. As usual, Jeni's always has plenty of good tasting flavors with too many options. Can't go wrong with Jeni's ice cream.

Jeni's is my favorite ice cream chain, and I'm delighted that they have so many locations in Chicago. The Milwaukee avenue Jeni's is convenient, and the service is always friendly. They don't run out of ice cream. I love all their flavors.

I do wish there were more places to sit. Some Jeni's locations have this problem, unfortunately.

What a horrible place! I can't believe that they're getting away with charging you $5.75 in a cup for a half scoop that's right folks I have scoop because they don't do full scoops?! ??‍♂️ The scoop was 1/3 of the size of the cup that they gave me in an approximately 3 1/2 tiny spoonfuls of ice cream. It took me about 1 minute to eat it?? This place sucks! They don't even have good varieties for those who don't eat dairy. The audacity to think that their ice cream is worth $5.75 for three bites is some BS

After going to the Logan Square Farmers Market, me and a friend (black and Latino and queer) walk in to get ice cream. There is a white couple in front of is and a white couple behind us. As we wait in line for the next available staff, a young white girl skips us and serves the white couple behind us.
Honestly, we were really hurt and offended. They have a clear line that we waited in like everyone else and we were obviously next. There is just know way we should have been skipped. The ice cream is good. I just prefer my ice cream without racism.

i got one scoop of the brown butter and one scoop of coffee. soo good!! i couldn’t finish the coffee because it got to be a little too much lol but it literally tastes just like iced coffee. the employees are so nice and will give you as many samples as you want. i also loved the little waffle cookie they put in the ice cream, it paired very well with the brown butter ice cream!!
