I do a lot of in office training with lunch provided and I will NEVER be using JJ again after what I had to deal with. I put the order in the day before for 11:45am thinking that would be plenty of time for my 12-12:30 training and the sandwiches did not arrive until 1:30 when many people already decided to go grab their own lunch because they were hungry. Absolutely atrocious service, DO NOT order online, they will forget / misplace / put your order behind anyone in store. Had to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich on two separate occasions.
