Freaky fast and freaky kind. Crystal and Erica behind the counter are lovely ladies! Will definitely be coming back again

This was my second bad experience and the last one , never ever again. I waited by the register to order . They looked at me with hatred. There were 3 employees inside. I waited for a while they did not say anything neither attemp to take my order. I ended up walking out . Thanks for wasting my time.

Came here 5 times and 2 orders were wrong. 1 was completely missed. Not very organized and staff doesn't seem to care much.

I had a terrible experience at the Jimmy John’s location at 51 W Division in Chicago. I placed an order for $37 and received a confirmation email, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was told there was no order under my name. I showed the employee my confirmation email and the order number, but he refused to even look it up. Instead of offering any help, he made a rude and unnecessary comment implying I was trying to get free food, saying, “We’re not giving free food.”
I left without my food and was still charged. The way I was treated was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and frankly humiliating. I’ve never felt so dismissed over something as simple as picking up a paid order. I was extremely disappointed in the service I received.
Later, I called the store and spoke with a manager who actually took the time to look up my order. She was professional, helpful, and said she would void the charge. I appreciate her taking the time. but the initial interaction I had at the store should never have happened.
Update
I had a negative experience previously due to an unprofessional interaction with one of the employees. However, I want to add that the district manager personally reached out to me afterward to make it right, and I really appreciate that effort. Since then, I’ve returned a few times and have had good interactions. I haven’t dealt with the same person from the initial experience.

Don’t go here if you’re looking to sit down and eat. Came in 4 hours before close with all the chairs up on the table and was told the lobby was closed, for no discernable reason and with no explanation.

Don't place an order online, they will say it wasn't received and want another payment.
Worst sandwich so far ever
I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I have been here multiple times in the recent months as I’m new to being in this area. A guy name Damen is absolutely hilarious and makes all the customers smile. The manager Mrs. Washington is welcoming and greets everyone that comes through that front door with a smile. I have witnessed many of the staffers step up to help each other and have seen the bikers (i guess they do all the deliveries). Come in and get busy stacking chips and anything else to help. Clean tables, empty trash and more. Per my experience. I’ll be back.
I called to see if they would deliver to an address and the delivery driver was so rude and disrespectful. Literally hung up on me twice.

Asked for extra mayo on my sandwich and got a gallon of it. Had to scrape it off with a spoon. This was the most excessive amount I’ve had on a Jimmy John’s sandwich, I’m assuming it was personal from the staff.

This place is terrible. They're slow and rude and ran out of supplies. Clearly nobody at this store cares about anything. How do you run out of lettice? The sandwich was horrible as a result and they speak to you like and treat you badly
