I had a terrible experience at the Jimmy John’s location at 51 W Division in Chicago. I placed an order for $37 and received a confirmation email, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was told there was no order under my name. I showed the employee my confirmation email and the order number, but he refused to even look it up. Instead of offering any help, he made a rude and unnecessary comment implying I was trying to get free food, saying, “We’re not giving free food.”

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I have been here multiple times in the recent months as I’m new to being in this area. A guy name Damen is absolutely hilarious and makes all the customers smile. The manager Mrs. Washington is welcoming and greets everyone that comes through that front door with a smile. I have witnessed many of the staffers step up to help each other and have seen the bikers (i guess they do all the deliveries). Come in and get busy...

Notice how all the bad reviews are by white people and this shop is mainly ran by black people... kinda sus if you ask me... service is good and food is good. Nothing negative to report.
