I ordered a few nights ago and was shocked to find out that one of their drivers forged my signature and wrote himself on a tip. I wouldn't be surprised if this was not his first time since he did it so comfortably. Beware guys!

My bf and I have always loved jjs and we've found that this location is the best one in the north side area. The consistent presence of the same friendly and efficient staff members makes it our go-to spot for quick and reliable service.

The sandwich was scrumptious, the brownie was delish. Both priced right for the portion. I also appreciate the option to choose tip amount when using credit. Not suggestions based on percentage. I just tipped a dollar , it's better than nothing.

Quite possibly the most poorly operated JJ in the country. Staff has a lot of attitude, their bread is always stale and they always ask you to insert your card instead of tapping for some reason, which is kinda shady tbh, as tapping is considered much more safe from CC scammers.

Sandwiches are fine, standard for JJ. However I have a huge issue with delivery speed. "Freaky Fast Delivery" being the tagline yet it's 80 minutes later and my order still hasn't arrived (I live 10 minutes away). Hire more drivers or start using gig workers to deliver

Tried eating here twice. First time they gave me rotten lettuce. Second time they took 2 hours to deliver. No idea what's going on here but absolutely do not order from here

if i can’t make a lunch order at 11:30am on a weekday, and if you aren’t open on weekends, maybe running a Jimmy John’s isn’t the life path for you. try literally anything else.

I loved this Jimmy Johns but they are never available for delivery anymore. I don't know if this Jimmy Johns closed down but delivery wise seems to have. The problem is the jimmy johns website doesn't let you select from other locations to deliver from so if this is your nearest jimmy johns then you can no longer get jimmy johns.
