I don't know which Jimmy's the video is from but it can't be Cottage Grove location. I give them 3 stars because to pick up the food is just ok. But to get it delivered the food and fries are always COLD!
Our department at the University of Chicago had the honor of having lunch at Jimmy's and I must say, the service and the food was phenomenal. What made it so great was our server Mary Grace. She was so kind, patient and processional it was an honor to be served by her. Mary Grace, you Rock
