Food was great, but more importantly it was cheap and fast (took them about 15 seconds to make). There's no seating inside, if you want to eat there you have to stand up outside.

This is the classic, quintessential Chicago food joint. I was lucky enough to see the original Maxwell St grills as a kid before the current iteration. It's worth the go for the experience. Pork chop sandwich is my favorite followed by the ever famous polish. To any newcomer or tourist, my advice, be ready with your order so as not to piss off staff and customers, they are busy people. Be prepared to eat outside or in your car. It's what you do there.

Good pork chop sandwich, good hot dog, and good polish sausage. Everything comes with plenty of grilled onions and mustard. All sandwiches also come with some pretty decent fries. The hot peppers are some of the hottest peppers I've had.
