Me and theee girls did the fondue experience. It was cute- included and entree and fondue for us all the share, and a Polaroid. Only thing was we didn't get the Polaroid- our group forgot and so did the server, so we were a little bummed about that. Otherwise overall it seems like a good deal. The fondue had marshmallows, strawberries and pretzels. We wished we had more strawberries! We also got a shake as we heard they're known for them and that was a 7/10- nothing too crazy. Overall it was a cool place- I can see myself coming back for a regular meal!

Always so fun to go to the cute events they have for most holidays! The pumpkin painting one is amazing!!

We had to pay extra for the "Holiday Vibe". Meanwhile, there was no heat. Our kids were freezing and we were basically eating outside on a day where it was 11 degrees out. Not worth the extra money we paid each person considering we had 14 people.

We heard that the shakes at JoJos were a lot of fun--topped w lots of big goodies. We also heard we just had to try out the Winter Wonderland -type space while it was up. We found the shakes to be very small-sized, not very thick, and topped w nothing special (a regular donut hole, a hard, regular store-bought chocolate chip cookie, etc. Really nothing special, except for the chocolate dipped marshmallow which was a little different). Our daughter got the strawberry shake, and didn't like it at all. All together, we just bought 3 fancy shakes and 1 regular shake. They were all plain and ordinary. Absolutely not worth the $10 for the regular shake or $15 for the fancy and very small shakes. We also had to pay to sit in the outdoor Christmas -decorated room...where we were all very cold. The heaters were mostly ineffective. But for the privilege of seeing Christmas decorations, we had to pay an extra $13. So the total we had to pay for 4 small shakes that we ended up not really liking that were nothing special plus the privilege of sitting in a cold room was a whopping $88! They automatically included an undeserved 18% tip. $88 for 4 less-than-average shakes! Absolutely unbelievable!! We will never go to any JoJos Shake Shack again.

This was our 2nd time going and we loved it. We were they for my daughter's 14th birthday. We really enjoyed it. The food was delicious and so were the shakes my boyfriend got a mango margarita and it was good as well. The service was fast and the staff was so energetic. Can't wait to go back!

The food here was good however, the service was absolutely terrible. We had to ask serval times just for a glass of water. Water finally came at the end of the meal. We were never check on to see if the food was ok. All our fries came out cold. At the end we were surprised to find out an automatic 18% gratuity was added. This was in the menu in small print but we missed it. I never mind tipping a waitress but ours did absolutely nothing and we were waiting on her the entire time. We were finished eating and waited 20 mins for our ticket-an over all very frustrating experience to bring 3 young adults to who expected some sort of fun Christmas experience.

Place was cute but it was so cold that we couldn't really enjoy everything. Not nearly enough heaters and food was even served cold. Hot chocolate and shake were delicious. Honestly would recommend a different experience.

Unprofessional, immature manager. 40 minutes after ordering drinks we still had not received anything , asked server for update multiple times before she brought manager , manager said “if you want I can just cash you out, we're busy I have enough to deal with right now” instead of just bringing the drinks we ordered. Rude and unprofessional manager, and took an hour to get our drinks. Will never be going back.

The hostess was extremely indifferent, not friendly at all. Honestly, didn't seem to care about customer service. We asked if we could sit by my sisters, the hostess very rudely said no, that those tables are for parties of 7 or more. We were a party of 5. We asked the person who sat us and they were also very indifferent, repeated the same thing. Fine we accepted their policy, we wanted our kids to enjoy the experience. Between both parties, we were a group of 12. When we were leaving, we saw 2 tables (same tables we asked to be sitted at) with parties of 4. Yes 4! When I asked the hostess why both parties of 4 were seated in that area and not us, she started to mumble all kinds of excuses that made no sense. The shakes were good, worth the price but the food was mediocre and over priced. The place was extremely cold. They need more heaters. When I made the reservation, There is a mandatory 'experience' fee per person (first time we've had to pay it since we've been visiting or maybe the first time I noticed the fee) for decorations that are old and nothing special other than the Christmas truck. We didn't mind paying the fee but after how we were spoken to, 12x2.50=$30. Really??? We have visited before, but will not be visiting again, many other great holiday places in the city.

Hot cocoa was Swiss Mix with flavor syrup - which is bad for $21 + a MANDARORY 18% tip + 3% Surcharge.

Overpriced. You're paying for the novelty of it, so just expect that. Shakes are worth the price. Automatic grat and service charge for credit card.

Everything went smoothly. Had reservations and was seated quickly. Service was fast and friendly. Food and shakes were delicious. Took pictures with the nice Xmas decorations.

We prepaid for an experience that did not mention we would be forced to sit outside. We attempted to eat inside and they made us move outside since we prepaid for the painting. The establishment was not busy and we asked if we could at least just eat inside and the move outside since it was so cold out. There are only 4 heaters for the entire outside which does nothing. The experience was not fun and was very rushed due to the restaurant being unaccomadating with the weather. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Went to Jojo’s for a girls day trip. It took 35 minutes to get our drinks. Some of the drinks didn’t come in which we had to remind our waiter that we were still waiting. You get charged a $2.50 table fee per person and they didn’t even have enough chairs. Some of the party just went to the bar instead of waiting for the ridiculous service and the charged an extra $7.00 to go to the bar. Like we literally walked up there on our own. They never checked to see how we liked the appetizers and didn’t even bring one of them, which we finally told Daniel our waiter who only smiled at you when you asked a question to just forget bringing them.. I suspect that no one really cares because they added their tip right in the bill. The kicker… I was there for the 90 allowed minutes, used the restroom multiple times as did others in our party and there was never any paper towels to dry your hands and one stall was missing toilet paper. I told them that their restroom needed attention right after the first time I used it and it was never taken care of. I would NOT recommended this dirty, over priced establishment to anyone.
