Always gets the order correct and way quicker than the one on Western and Pratt. The workers here actually seem to care and are super friendly.

This spot can get busy, so during rush times it can take a bit longer than you’d expect. Makes sense why they don’t have a drive thru because it would always be backed up.“

“The food was good, but there was no ability to service yourself and everything was behind the counter. It was clean and presentable, so no complaints, but there was noise from a couple devices as it is close proximity, so if you don't like intrusive noise, be careful of dine-in services.“

“When my wife and I pulled up to the drive through to order the service was just amazing tonight. It was around 730 pm and the lady on the speaker was so helpful, kind, and patient. The food was all fresh and I have never had biscuits this soft from kfc in no state. Thank you all for being phenomenal.“

“I went for lunch (around 2:10pm) through drive thru and the young man taking the orders has one of the best customer service I ever had at KFC. I just wanted a chicken breast but he mentioned how I can save money if I just got the meal. Very well spoken too. Once I got to the window they were fast and he even asked me how my day was. “Atmosphere? I use the drive thru? but the lot is interesting at 95 and stony. Food; Always hot and fresh. Good staff. One of the consistant KFCs around. Haven't gotten bad yet, like others. Seems some owners hold product too long, i understand kfc high food costs but id rather wait and get good than pay tons for crap i will return for refund, and not come back. But this location HAS ALWAYS BEEN REALLY GOOD!

“First time using the mobile app and my food was delicious. I ordered the 4 piece special for 10.00 and the BBQ nuggets. The gentleman that gave me my order was very nice and he said he made sure my order was correct. The only thing that wasn't in there was a utensil to eat my mashed potatoes with but since I was going home it was fine. I hadn't been to KFC in a long time so it I'm glad my food was up to par.“

“The older black women here are just wonderful. Reminds me of a good old-fashioned Christian woman, fair and firm black women. Best customer service and food preparation in Chicago. “The manager, Ms. Moore is super nice. I ordered a bunch of food for my family Easter party. I changed it three times, and she fixed my order each time with no problem. “I did an online order for New Year's Eve. The app doesn't really offer what you can get in store like half crispy and half original however call the store. After placing the online order I called the store. The manager and cashier very accommodating. I guess I have to say was the best online experience I had with a food order“

“I think the renovation must have cut in to their HR budget because I have NEVER had a worse experience at this location and this was my 1st visit since they closed to renovate. We went to the drive thru as one car just finished ordering and the only other car in front of us pulled up to order. We sat there while they "ordered"? for a solid 5 minutes. They were still there when we parked to go in and order bc it was nuts for it to take that long. We parked, walked in, it was empty, one guy was at the drive thru window and there was no one else to be seen. We waited another 4 mins before I started saying "hello? Excuse me, we'd like to order?" 2 mins later some employee walked up with no urgency, seemingly annoyed, never apologized, asked for our order. Took our order as 2 other folks walked in, 1 had a mobile order and the other 2 were dining in. We waited 10 mins for a quesadilla, a small mashed potato and a drink which is self serve. The lack of customer service, respect or urgency was disgusting. When we got our $15 order 10 mins later and we thanked him, he almost didn't even say anything but mumbled "welcome" as we were turning to leave. They should be appalled. Service was better before the decor was the focus. Will not be returning. Stay away.“

“Brilliant Service. I called and asked to be put into communication with the Fungaloid, and I was pleasantly surprised at how quick the service was. The Fungaloid answered, and also made my meal quickly and efficiently. Props to you Fungaloid! I only spent 100$ purely because 75$ of it was tipped straight to the Fungaloid, hope he enjoys!
