It’s really cute, reasonably priced and the food is delicious but you order at a kiosk and then wait for you food. We waited longer than I anticipated and the place was very full. The food was VERY good. The staff were amazing they were working hard the whole time. But I didn’t love waiting 20-30 minutes for a quiche, croissant and coffee. Stopped here for a quick lunch after taking the train in from South Bend. Easy kiosk ordering and very good sandwiches! We will definitely return. The apple tartlette dessert also hit the spot when I heated it up the next morning at our hotel.
I visited Léa and tried the croque madame, but it was just mediocre. Personally, I’m not a fan of Swiss cheese, which affected my enjoyment. I’ve had this open-faced sandwich elsewhere with ham, Gruyère, and mozzarella on toasted bread, topped with mornay sauce and a fried egg, and I believe the difference in cheese really makes an impact.
