The hotel staff was very helpful and thoughtful. Bell and valet staff were over the top! DeAndre was ON TOP OF IT!
The hotel itself is nice, and the location was perfect for my stay. However, I was overcharged for breakfast, which was supposed to be included in my reservation. When I reached out via email to resolve the issue, my requests were ignored. While the hotel is great, the poor customer support leaves a lot to be desired.
Hotel vraiment bien situé, proche de tout les activités. Très beau, sécuritaire et très propre avec un personnel accueillant toujours à votre écoute.
