We had reservations and were seated as soon as we arrived. We immediately got chips and salsa, and it is a great moderately spicy smoky salsa. Within a minute our drink orders were taken. Great margaritas! All of our food was excellent - Mayan tamales, fried shrimp and quesabirria. The food is consistently great (this was our 7th time dining here). Finally, get the flan with rompope for dessert. The liqueur and caramel blend on the flan is fantastic. One of my favorite desserts...
Wednesday night, they had a vodka grapefruit margarita special, not really my style. Love me some tequila.. This place is small but the food is very tasty, I had a chicken taco, a chicken enchilada, a chicken tamale, all these very good favor's, my husband had a chorizo taco salad and a pork tamale He said the salad was good, but he prefer to have romaine lettuce not kale and the tamale was good. I had a Michelada for first time and it was very good! Over all this small place has really good food, drinks, and service! I recommend it!
