This restaurant is at the same location where another good Mexican restaurant used to be before shutting down due to COVID-19. The food is very good and the prices are even better. I really recommend it.
Always get the steak nacho supreme. Sooo good. They actually hook you up with toppings, and the steak is good quality and cooked to perfection. They put fresh jalapeno slices on top. Delicious. Used to be El Gordos, which was the spot that everyone in Chicago knew, and Las Casitas is living up to the Gordos standard for sure. ?

Great food even when it was called El-Gordos its still the same food same cook, it's fresh and all our food is always done correct. Nice ladies work there I'm not sure why the bad reviews because I never had 1 problem since hs. Even the guy who took our order tonight is very sweet and professional! Thank you guys for everything you do and making wonderful food.
