Will drive an hour for these
Really really good macarons, nice and chewy but still melt in your mouth in a way. Fillings were nice, not super overpowering. Dark chocolate and coffee was my favorite.
Everything about these macaroons was great. Flavor and texture were spot on. We had Pistachio, Earl Grey, Lemon Lavender and Strawberry Chocolate ones. Earl Grey is a must if you like tea flavor remotely. Store attendent was nice, friendly, and provided recs. These were the best macaroons we've had so far in Chicago. Just go in, don't hesistate!!
