Had to many reservations and accepted walk-ins. We were sat late for our reservations. The restaurant still allowed reservations before us that showed up late. Said I couldn't order the pasta without the scallops. My wife got the seafood sampler and it was all burnt. Overall not a great experience especially on valentines day
Great place for friends or family. Have several GF options available and were delicious. The waitress was so nice.
We stopped in for a drink and something to munch on. Very friendly staff and fun atmosphere. Great music playing loud enough to hear and enjoy, but not too loud! Pretzel appetizer was delicious and a great portion size.

Fun! Brendan was our bartender and we had a great time before seeing a show at the Chicago Shakespeare Theater.

A disappointing meal. Food lacked flavor, service was inattentive, atmosphere was blah. We would’ve been happier at the McDonald’s across from this place! I ordered a salad that came with hardly any dressing and a tortilla soup that was decent but was thick like refried beans, which they served without a spoon. My wife ordered a taco plate with tortilla chips and a tiny little cup of salsa, just larger than a thimble! We won’t be going back!

For a place called Margaritaville they make the worst margaritas I have ever had. All syrup, no...... well anything else. Poor Jimmy must be rolling over in his grave. Figured if they can't make a drink, not going to bother with the food. Not worth the stop. Its all name.

We stopped off here for a break after a long day walking about. We just wanted a few drinks and to sit outside in the sun - sometimes bars can be funny about this as they want the tables for diners. Initially we was asked to go inside to the bar but we explained we wanted outside and they were very accommodating. Communication was good too as the server Tanisha came outside and knew we just wanted drinks and was really lovely and very attentive when we were ready for a top up. Lovely couple of hours.

We visit Margarittaville whenever we have the chance. This was by far the worst and very disappointing. Not great food, awful gift shop, slow service.
The Margaritaville in Chicago was fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed Jimmy Buffett Day thanks to our server, Robert! the drinks were great & the food was even better! We will be back! Fins up! 🧂🦈 🦜
We are parrot heads, so we are biased!!! Love the food, love the place, love the people!!!
Server didn't seem interested in taking care of us. Another couple left a backpack and when we pointed it out she swore about it but then went and gave it to him. Maybe just a bad day but for the price we paid I expected 5 star service.
Everything was great! Excellent service with friendly staff. Fun atmosphere and whenever felt rushed. We highly recommend!
