Firstly I got the wrong order, instead of deluxe meal they gave me the regular one and they didnt even add the only topping which was a pickle. Also, lemonade was too sweet I couldn't even drink it.

This McDonald’s is located in a very nice spot. The dining area is large, beautiful, spacious, and very pleasant, and outside there’s a stunning view of the city and the lake. Another great thing for tourists is that, like most McDonalds in the U.S. or in major areas, you order on a screen, which helps overcome the language barrier some tourists face and prevents long lines and wait times.
However, $60 for 4 basic combos and a small ice cream is an exaggeration — even airport McDonalds aren’t that expensive. I think they should reconsider their prices because they’re very high; it’s fast food, not a small restaurant.
That said, the food was very delicious — some of the best I’ve had at McDonald’s. The burger, bun, and fries were very good.
In summary, I think this place would be great if they lowered their absurdly high prices.

This McD located on Lower level the navy pier is another typical McD serving fast food. The lines are short, and they do deliver food fast. There are lot of common seating available within the food area. You order using app screens and pickup and head out.

My daughter is allergic to red dye #40 which is ketchup we had to send a simple hamburger back twice before cancelling the entire family's order and the staff was very rude about it

Newer looking store, but extremely long wait. Took 10 min for just a cup of iced coffee

Defiantly no Chic Fil A! McDonald’s service and all the little details have gone down the drain the last 30 years compared to chic fil a.

Tourist in Chicago for the fireworks show. Very hot and Starbucks was closed. Ordered iced tea, and they didn't have ice. Very strange. I wouldn't have ordered there if I knew they were out of ice. Oh well looks like they already don't have good reviews and must not need them.

Just ok McDonald's. The cashier was rude and needs to speak up when talking to customers. She said did you order on the McDonald's app. Not everyone has the app. The restaurant was busy and service was slow and burgers were cold. I might return. There are other choices for restaurants at Navy Pier.

I order a bigmac meal and they gave me an old hard buns and I took it back and they make a new one with a teaspoon of the Mac sauce and went back again and they told me is measure by managers order and I had to eat the worse drie bigmac that I eve taste please do better.

Very bad experience went there with my parents and prety much experience harresment from the time we walked in. I will be filling a complaint with corporate. The manager apologize but the overall experience was horrible dont waste your time going there and go somewhere else.
