Last night about 12:30 a.m. I was in line almost for 35min they took the order and I never got it

Please stop wasting your hard earned money on this location and place. A simple request turned into a headache. Mcdonald's literally wanted me to bag my food correctly by the drive thru. Oh, i mean as I drive.. I thought I was paying for the service?? Ooohh 1 more thing I only received utensils for 1 not 3 and the food was cold. So, as I wait my turn to use a fork and knife I'm seriously reconsidering why did I waste my money... let me help you out... order from somewhere else, you will be happier.

The burgers are always burnt. I asked them to remake them and they were also burnt. I asked them if that was their style. They said yes.

I pulled into the drive-through, which was empty, and waited at the intercom. After saying hello, I was told to “give them a minute,” even though there were no cars ahead of me. When I finally got a response, the employee asked what I wanted. I gave my mobile order code, but he ignored me and asked again what I wanted. I repeated the code, and his reply—given with attitude—was, “What do you want?”

At that point, I was frustrated with the poor service and told him I didn’t want anything anymore. His response again carried attitude. I drove up to the window to ask for a manager, but none of the employees would respond. Eventually, a young lady came over—though I highly doubt she was the actual manager. I asked for the drive-through employee’s name, and she refused to give it. She only gave me her own name.

When I requested the owner-operator’s information, she went inside for quite a while before returning with just a receipt and a phone number, still refusing to provide the owner’s name. I ended up having to call corporate while sitting in the drive-through to escalate the issue, and I’m still waiting on a call back from management.

If you’re traveling through Midway Airport, do yourself a favor and skip this location. Poor service, dismissive employees, and likely poor food quality as well. You’ll have a better experience across the street at the new Taco Bell, where service and food are far superior.

Restaurant says open 24 hours however on several occasions they have been closed. If you're not going to be open 24 hours then don't state that.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Drive-Through

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent visit to this McDonald’s was frustrating enough to warrant one. I received an incorrect order at the drive-through window and politely asked to speak with a manager to resolve the issue. Shockingly, the staff refused to bring the manager to the window and insisted I park and go inside to speak with them. He also had a smirk on his face.

This defeats the purpose of a drive-through and shows a lack of respect for customer convenience. When I did go inside, the manager only offered to replace the incorrect item but no apology for the inconvenience or the mistake from the drive thru associate. The entire interaction felt like I was being punished for asking for basic accountability.

Fast food doesn’t mean fast excuses. A simple acknowledgment and correction at the window would’ve gone a long way. I hope this location reevaluates its approach to customer service and trains staff to handle issues with more professionalism and courtesy.

Me and friends were harassed by worker, threatened with being kicked out in front of the whole store. All for bringing in a cup with a drink from competitor across the street. We still spent over $50 on lunch at this location and were treated poorly over bringing in a cup.

Workers here are lazy. They will and won’t give you things depending on their attitude. One of the McDonald franchises that need more HR and higher ups to come down on.
