Workers here are lazy. They will and won’t give you things depending on their attitude. One of the McDonald franchises that need more HR and higher ups to come down on.

Every time I go to the drive-thru at this location they never give napkins make sure you ask for napkins and check the back cuz they will lie to you and say that they added napkins I come here almost daily and deal with the same issue all the time please get your stuff together

When I came to pickup a meal for my customer I rang the bell more than once then i asked the employee why u guys didn’t answer he said we did anyway I took the pickup he start cursing at me in a loud voice while the driver through was busy that’s disrespectful, immoral and unprofessional.

Every time I go to this McDonald’s or I order something online there is always something missing I ordered the big breakfast this morning for my son and the pancakes were missing Also the chicken McGriddle do the employees know how to read or do they even take the time to read the orders this is ridiculous worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

The burger was so saggy and cold ,fries are cold i understand that it's fast food but it dosent mean that it should be like that , so the food quality is very bad ,plus they charge 0.25 cent for a pac og mayonnaise this is the only place I've encountered that they sell mayonnaise!!!! At least when you trying to make the extra profit take car of the foor quality and don't hand it to customers cold and saggy this place have a really bad management. Really needs to be taking care of .

Ordered 2 different days thru the app to pick up at drive thru and when I get there to pick up they tell me that my orders don't show in their system I showed them that I was charged and they said they cannot do anything for me. The manager needs manners and have to learn how to hear and treat customers politely. At drive thru they just close the window dont care. I called manager over the phone but she says the same thing and don't know how to leasing to customers. Very bad place. This is a rip off
