Horrible customer service. Took 15 for a coffe when I went inside and they made it wrong. Old lady at the counter had her sugar daddy handing her money then proceeded to ignore customers. Get better staff please

Service is the morning/mid day is pretty standard but the nights however— the worst. Don’t ever be taking cash or even mobile orders. And then they just never answer to the drive thru— at it was only 2:30am

I have a really bad experience at this location!! A woman hispanic ,She’s so rude.Yane If you dont like your job what are you doing there! Just ruining other peoples day.We don’t deserve that bad service!Management please please do anything!! I dont know if she was having a bad day, but girl that was no my fault!!I was at drive thru and she dindnt take mi orden, i ask her to take mi order cause i had to go and she was so rude and ended up telling me to go another location because there was not service for me, just because i hasked her to do her job!!!
