I used the mobile app and they canceled my order. So I went thru the drive thru and told the young lady that they canceled my order. She said they didn't control the app and all that I can do is reorder my items. So I did what she said just reorder. Got home and checked my accounts they charged me for both orders when I only received one. Contacted customer service and gave my case number. Both ladies who took my order were the most courteous experience I’ve ever had going to a McDonald’s. They both deserve a raise. The first one taking my order double checked my order with me. They both greeted me with a smile and thanked me after confirming my order and payment. Common courtesy goes a long way.
